Best Practices for Image Sharing
Best practices for sharing images: privacy, file size, format, and how to share safely and efficiently.
Before sharing images, consider who will see them and whether they contain sensitive or personal information. Use private or expiring links when possible, and avoid sharing anything you would not want to be public.
Share at an appropriate size and format so recipients get a good experience without huge files. For email or messaging, a medium-resolution JPEG or WebP is often enough; for print or design, send full resolution when needed.
Using an image host like Image Store lets you upload once, organize your library, and share via links. You control when and with whom you share, and you can keep the rest of your photos private.
